Bio
Livia Gazzolo is a jazz, singer most inspired by Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughn, and Elis Regina. Pre-pandemic, she produced and performed in a monthly cabaret variety show in Chicago called The Mouse House “when the cat’s away."
She is currently learning Brazilian bossa nova with mentor and guitarist Reynaldo Certain. She has performed at Soho House Chicago, Hotel Zachary, The Up Room on the rooftop of The Robey Hotel, The Mather, Sea and Olive, Tortello, and Bordeaux Wine Lounge among others in and around Chicago. Throughout the summer, she performs regularly at Cafe Gulistan in Harbert, MI with her piano accompanist and long-time jazz mentor David Lahm.
